Superb First Home Buyer Agent

I had been thinking about and looking for my first home by myself, but felt that I was missing out on properties going off the market quickly. I felt that having an agent on my team would be beneficial as I could look at places either before their open home or they could keep me in mind when something came up. With that in mind I walked into Harcourts and asked to see someone about buying my first home. I met Pete within 5 mins, and hit it off with him immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable and asked what i was looking for while taking notes and leading the conversation towards what I was wanting vs needing. It was very helpful towards figuring out what my priorities were. What impressed me most about Pete, was a random call on a Friday with him saying that a house had just come on the market and if I was free for a viewing. I agreed and went and went through the house with family who were with me coincidentally at the time, and loved it. I met about 90% of my requirements, with some renovations needed which was expected but was a nice solid home. I went back to the open home the following Sunday with more family, and afterwards put an offer in. Pete was awesome during this process as well, and communicated well and eased my first home buyer anxious brain haha. Highly recommend him to first home buyers, and people after that something specific. I definitely will be coming back to Harcourts, and to Pete.
