Property Sale

The entire process of the sale of our property was conducted in a very orderly and professional manner. Before signing the agency agreement, Alastair gave us a very detailed market appraisal and outline of how he would take the property to market. This allowed us the go to market in an informed manner, knowing exactly the range our property would sell for. After the property went to market, Alastair provided us with regular updates on the status of the sale, including the number of visits and the discussions he had with various interested buyers. A detailed log was provided to us on a regular basis containing details of the market interest. Finally, once a very good lead had come through, Alastair worked very fast with us to come to an agreement of price between the buyer and us.
