Excellent Salesperson with great market knowledge and professionalism
I recently sold my property through Shaun Cosgrave (Harcourts Hamilton, NZ) Shaun is not only a fantastic salesperson but also very helpful person. He was always available throughout the time my house was on the market. He also dealt very well with the tenants, and they didn't feel uncomfortable at all. He in fact brought me the whole package including any repairs, sale advise, sales promotion, and all that was needed for selling the house. As I was located far away from Hamilton (where my property was to be sold), I found him so trustworthy that I outsourced all my work to him and he got all the works done to a very high standard with his personal involvement and supervision at a very reasonable cost. In fact, I never doubted his abilities, and I worked in consultation with his advice. I would rate him a 10/10
