James get's the job done

James came highly recommend from some of my friends who recently sold their home with James. The recommendation was "James will get it sold". He came through the house and recommended that I remove a-lot of furniture and while it was daunting and I did for a second or two question his reasoning, but trust the process! James knew exactly how to stage my house for the absolute best price. Communication was amazing, recommendations for painting the deck and taking my house to the next level was 100% well worth it.
