We had a very particluar situation with regards to our house sale that required a nuanced view of how to go about finding a Buyer for us. We are really happy to say that whilst working through our limitations, Brad was able to meet our brief and deliver for us in a really fast and efficient manner. Brad kept us very well informed at all times and was a stickler for making sure that we kept on track by dealing to all the details as soon as they arose. Brad was able to get his head around our situation to see the value in what we were proposing (something which a number of other agents could not do) and deliver options to us to work through.
