Superb agent, able to bring vendor and purchaser to an agreement

In the transaction with Brad we were the purchasers. I was very impressed with how Brad was able to make things happen. We didn't have the highest offer but we had the best conditions which was highly important to the vendors. Brad was able to bring both parties to an agreement to make a sale and purchase happen. We had seen many other properties, put offers on other properties, but it felt like the agents were presenting our offers without negotiating an agreement. Whereas Brad was very active in making a deal happen. Brad's communication was exceptional, regular phone calls, letting us know of things before the solicitor told us. Brad cared and it showed. Not directly related to this purchase, a couple of weeks before we met Brad, a random real estate agent bought all the brownies ($46 worth) that my children and their cousins had made and were selling to make pocket money. When we were talking to Brad over the phone, one of our kids recognised the voice as the agent who bought all their brownies. Brad's stock price went up in our eyes. Good karma does work. Whether you are a vendor or potential purchaser, I have zero hesitation in recommending Brad.
