Well informed throughout the process. Always up to date.

We needed to obtain consent from our neighbour on a Boundary Issue. The property was rented so we needed the landlord's consent. The property was managed by Lodge Real Estate. We had been trying for seven weeks without success to obtain the consent through Lodge Real Estate. In a couple of days Janna contacted Lodge and gained the consent and signature for us. It was a huge weight off our minds and probably outside her job description, but she did it happily like she did everything.
