The Best Rollercoaster Ride from start to finish!

I honestly cannot describe in words what happened to me the day i met Brad i just followed a Blue Harcourts open home sign & i got to meet Brad in the process and the rest is now History!! I truely respected listening to Brad in the way he presented the open home i attended he was amazing to watch in action, he had a great energy & his communication style i had total respect within days of meeting him. So we signed up to Team Brad to turn a thought into an action to sell our house, he guided us quickly through the sales process & suggested we go to Auction not his usual style he said, as he normally puts a realistic price bracket on his properties. But for us he suggested to go to Auction in 6 weeks & see how we went. It seemed an impossible task to get the place ready, freshen up a few things, do the open homes & to make my lifestyle block be ready for sale. He has a high energy personality, a bit quirky different to most agents to be fair, he heads off out the gate & gone looking for suitable buyers etc but i look back in the few days post sale & I can definitely say he gets the results because i believed & achieved with his support & guidance through a currently tough market & economy a tough process of selling our much loved property. I don’t know how he gets any sleep, with his career goals, all the properties he is selling etc while juggling his own family commitments & making you feel like you were his only client. All the blood, sweat & tears on my part to achieve the joint goal to sell my house & to hear that Auction Hammer to say Sold on the Day was the best feeling ever. You cannot ask for better with Brad & also his side kick Deron and the amazing Harcourts Hamilton team i met along the way, always the calm to my storm! I learnt alot along the way & anyone i come across in the future i will always be referring them to Team Jefferson its a No Brainer for me. All the best team 5 Stars doesn't seem enough.
