Highly competent with excellent advice very good at communication.

Although a buyer was found in a short two week period Himanshu continued negotiate a more attractive outcome. Four potential buyers were encouraged to make an offer thus placing them in a competitive situation to maximize the offers made, providing a price close to were we were hoping for. The house was a rental and the tenant gave notice to leave in the minimum time period. Himanshu pushed the top buyer to increase the price and bring forward settlement date to reduce the period we no longer received rent. He also maintained negotiations with the other potential buyers and resulted in a far better offer being made by a another buyer with no condition included. As a consequence he placed me in a advantaged position of being able to reject the first offer when the Building Report indicated a potential problem which would have resulted in settlement delays and potential cancellation. At all times Himanshu's experience in the market and the management of situations that can arise when dealing with buyers proved to be highly beneficial to the sale of my property. At all times Himanshu maintained excellent communication with me enableing me to make quick decision and keep the progress in the sale in an excellerated motion.
