Selling in uncertain times and on flat market

We listed our house with Lisa, from the beginning, she was very efficient and had the house marketed and on the market with professional and stylish marketing. Then we experienced a contract falling over due to the buyer not getting finance and holding us up for a considerable and extendable amount of time. The failed initial contract was with a different agent, NOT Lisa and we were not kept up to date. This was very frustrating and incurred additional costs as we constantly had to chase matters up with our lawyer. Lisa the listing agent came into action with a successful marketing package where we received an offer above the asking price. Lisa was extremely positive and conscientious and determined to find us a buyer at an agreed price. We also respect the fact that Lisa provided additional support from the branch manager who also had input into the sale. We found Lisa extremely pleasant to deal with and dedicated. This time the communication was excellent and we felt in the drivers seat! Lisa certainly enjoys real estate and you can tell it is her passion! We wish her all the very best.
