Smoothest Move Ever
We recently made the huge move South, moving nearly 1,000km from Hamilton to Rolleston. We originally enquired about a different property that had just sold, but Lauryn quickly let us know about another home that was about to come on the market and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. She really listened to what our family needed and helped us find a place that felt right. Throughout the whole process, Lauryn was calm, responsive, and lovely to deal with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and easy, even with us being so far away. We felt really supported the whole way through. We’re now happily settled in our new home and so grateful for how seamless the experience was. Stress free sale!!
Courtney knew how we needed to sell relatively quickly to secure a section we were wanting to purchase. Courtney and the Harcourts agents took such quick action! There were a lot of groups through and we sold before even taking it to the open market!! And for a great price which was fantastic! Courtney has amazing open communication and is super supportive in which can sometimes be a high stress time. Would recommend Courtney in the future for sure xx
