This agent changed my Property search game
Emma was recommended to me by 2 different people. From the outset I found Emma to be very proactive and attentive, listening to what I was actually wanting. Rather than playing a numbers game (most agents do!) I felt that I was a project for this agent. When I expressed an interest in a property Emma couldnt move quick enough. There were emails , texts or phone calls with any semblance of a development, to see where I was at and to keep me in the loop throughout this process. She didnt restrict her contact to Office hours. If I didnt answer, there was a text or an email From my search there is 1 firm that I will never deal with again. There were countless other agents who were disappointing and wasting my time. I ended up ringing Emma and saying "can I please just deal with you". Because agents often work in, this was possible. My property was found by Emma through Harcourts channels. It was yet to be listed. The diligent agent had found a property that she felt would meet my needs. Additionally there was a Vendor who would have benefitted from a quick sale. Emma had both sides and put 2 and 2 together resulting in a brilliant outcome for both myself and the Vendor. I subsequently offered and this was accepted. Emma was overseas shortly after viewing and my offer was successful whilst she was abroad. I had Emmas Sales Manager approach me and further provided Harcourts Toxicology person. There was a reasonable turnaround. Harcourts kept in touch at every step throughout. With alot of other agencies and agents I felt that I was dealing with muppet shows that would put Jim Henson to shame! As soon as I was introduced to Emma, the game changed from that point She is diligent, she took time, she listened to her buyer (and probably the vendor too) and I felt that I was a "Project" as opposed to just one in an agents numbers game When I sell. My first call will be to Emma Gillard I cannot sing high enough praises and would recommend Emma to any Buyer or Vendor
