I stumbled across James by accident by requesting a Harcourts valuation, And James was the one who responded to my request. James came over and did his valuation and came back to me a few days later back with a fair pricing, (Unlike another company who quoted tens of thousands less, for a quick sale) James was very pleasant and honest to deal with. I was impressed with his professionalism and kind nature all at once. I promised him I would be in touch, when I'm ready to sell. During that time James kept me up to date with houses sold and their prices in my neighborhood. Once I was ready to list a few months later. James did another valuation, and I was ready to get on the market. As I was finding it extremely stressful doing it, whilst on shift work and having anxiety. James was very helpful and supportive throughout the process and put my mind at ease, on many occasions. James remained very supportive throughout the whole process as well as keeping an eye out for a new property for me that ticked all my boxes.
