•Brent met us to list the property. Very professional from the start. Jayne came along to the next meeting to guide us in setting up the house rooms and outdoor areas for best presentation. She was involved in the selling and marketing right up to sale time. Creighton assisted in open home days, and we also found him very accommodating and so helpful. Georgie - just brilliant. We had a progress meeting at the Harcourts Spitfire office at the airport. On arrival the receptionist, Kylie, got up and came out from her desk. Smiling she gave us a warm welcome and asked if we would like a cold drink, tea or coffee and escorted us into a room for the meeting. Brent and Jayne came into the room and bought with them a lady called Grace. She was introduced by Brent as the office manager. Straight away we were impressed and she said she was there to assist also. We went over the progress report which showed the work ethic of all the staff had added to successful open home days and site visits by prospective buyers with other fellow Harcourts real estate agents. We walked out of their office feeling really good about what they were doing. A couple of days before the Auction we had an auction meeting at the Papanui branch. Grace also attended that meeting, and we soon saw the worthiness of her presence yet again. Riley, the auctioneer was also present. He had attended an open day (just before the opening day started) to introduce himself to us and viewed the property he was going to auction. Again, a very impressive member of the team. Came across very informatively and knowledgeable on the matters of auctions. The process was outlined very clearly and a reserve agreed upon. Once again, we left that meeting feeling extremely comfortable at where everything was at for the house sale. On auction day we were met by Brent, Jayne, Grace, Creighton and Riley. We sat next to Grace who guided us through. The property sold well above the reserve price. The auctioneer was outstanding.
