If real estate was an Olympic sport - GOLD medal would go to Lisa Ny and Liz

Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences in life. Apparently nobody told Lisa Ny. From day one, Lisa was calm, knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and somehow always had the answer to my latest "quick question" (which often turned into several not-so-quick questions). She guided me through the entire process with professionalism, humour, and the kind of reassurance usually provided by therapists and emergency services. A special mention to Liz O'Neill, who also helped along the way and was lovely to deal with, encouraging and supportive also! What I expected: stress, confusion, and mild panic. What I got: a home I love and a surprisingly mostly enjoyable buying experience. If real estate agents had a Hall of Fame, Lisa would have her own wing, complete with a statue and a gift shop.
