Well done Lynton, your efforts, attention to detail certainly paid off with the excellent results you achieved for the sale of my house. You certainly kept me up to date all the way through the process and as you said 'You're in control', and that is what happened. You offered guidance where needed but I was still able to have things organised that I was completely happy with.
