Valuable Knowledge Filled us with Confidence - Trust the Process!

Julia has invaluable knowledge of the process of selling your home. I found her good to talk to about the steps before we decided to go with her. Also, it felt like she had time for me. Agents are normally busy, looking at their watch, have the next open-home to get to. Julia always made time for us. Throughout the process she was the calm voice of understanding. She was not a hard sell, but patient with us when we needed to get ducks in a row before signing up (and in hindsight I would get a few more of the ducks in a row, but this isn't a review about me). Our house was in good hands. Julia and Kaycee worked very hard for us, with three full weekends of open homes and week days, and private viewings, there was a lot of activity leading up to the auction. The communication from them was next level, and they say communication is key. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. We are very happy!
