Very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful.

I had a previous experience selling a similar property about 20 years ago and was very disappointed with the process, advice and outcome. So I was somewhat wary about engaging a real estate agent again. However, Josh and Joseph certainly showed how a property should be marketed and believe the service, knowledge, communication, commitment and professionalism they provided was exceptional throughout the entire process. It is so worthwhile and important to have the right agent and am very grateful to them for making it such a stress-free process. They certainly earned their commission - and some! I had no idea how much work they did behind the scenes. Josh was very accommodating and understanding about any concerns or changes I wanted - and nothing was any problem anytime. Selling your home is a major life event and they clearly understood and respected that vendors might not be the easiest people to work with at times. I would absolutely recommend Josh and Joseph in the future. Joseph is just beginning his career in real estate and with his friendly positive attitude and Josh's mentoring I think he has made a great career choice.
