Overall excellent from Josh

Has we live in the UK we only met Josh a few times whilst we where in NZ. Josh came across a very strong character, showing confidence and a good knowledge of his field of work. When we got back home Josh kept us informed on how the sale was proceeding at every stage guiding us as to who was visiting the property and indicating on the price buyers were thinking of paying for the property. At the auction Josh and his colleague managed to get a deal over the the line with the buyer which was acceptable to us. So a big thank you to Josh and hope other potential vendors feel confident in his ability.
