A calming and knowledgeable experience

We first met Aarish and his colleague in our home in the preliminary stages of selling. It is a stressful time selling your home of 20 years, but Aarish was very calm in his manner, describing our home as very well maintained and presented, and saying he believed it would sell by auction. Aarish and Zani Polson were in the video for our home on the website and they both were able to provide viewers with the details of the home. This had the focus of the home being perfect for a family. Aarish was available during open homes and communicated his thoughts on the people who attended the open homes. This gave us plenty of positivity. During the auction Aarish played a part welcoming us to the Ilam Auction Rooms and keeping us informed. Auctions are incredibly stressful, but the whole team, including Aarish were able to keep us well informed of the process and were so happy when we sold, as we were. The Harcourts team who sold our home of 20 years were second to none, and we now move on. Thanks.
