Just Fantastic

I can't recommend Richard highly enough. He was recommended to me by someone else who had used him. And I will recommend him to anyone who wants an agent. I have bought / built / sold many houses so I know what a great agent looks like - Richard is a great agent. He is professional and courteous. So patient - I dropped the proverbial ball many times, and each time, he picked it up and handed it back with no annoyance and with a level of understanding and care that should be, but isn't, conveyed by many real estate agents. He held out for a good price and was always positive that we would get it. Agents too quickly ask sellers to drop their price expectations, but he (we) tried several different approaches before we explored this one. It has been a very stressful time of life for us in general, however Richard made this process as stress free as he possibly could. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
