Disappointing

We chose this agent expecting clear communication and strong representation, but unfortunately our experience fell short. Most communication was via WhatsApp, and we often received offers with little or no prior phone discussion or strategic guidance. As vendors, we did not feel adequately supported or advocated for during key stages of the process. While the property did sell, the overall experience was disappointing, and in hindsight we wish we had asked more detailed questions about communication style and representation before listing.
