Great experience

Our property came to market at a time when very little was known about the current market direction, Tony's advice to go to Auction was invaluable. Tony and Pip faced 2 COVID-19 lockdowns, and on the morning of the Auction, a Tsunami alert, and 15 registered bidders (achieved through great teamwork by Tony's team) for our near beach property, Tony stuck to his planned timings and went ahead. Weather assisted and he arranged a great team to handle phone bids. Tony's laid back style suited our Auction, and the outcome was well beyond our expectations. Tony's knowledge of what was a fast-moving rising market was a learning experience for all, but he adapted very well and our success was due to successful widespread marketing and his management of expectations.
