What a legend!!

When we approached Mel to list our property, she was absolutely on the money regarding sale timeline and price expectations. Despite being on leave at the strat of our listing, Mel arranged for a colleague to liase in her absence. No return, Melanaged to get outr asking price, and in the 3 month estimated time frame.
