Making our 16yr home journey end on a perfect note.

Not really sure where to start with this review as I'm not sure I can put into words how happy we are. After 16yrs living in our house in Browns Bay, full of happy memories of our children growing up, it was a daunting decision to sell. Her kind, caring, funny, bubbly personality won us over though and we thought lets just go for it! It wasnt an easy market, with the conflict between the US and Iran starting as soon as we had committed to sell, house prices were dropping so we were getting nervous. Sarah stayed positive, honest, loyal from the start. She listened to what we wanted and needed and fiercely supported our decision - much to the annoyance of some bargain hunters! With that being said - selling just 200k+ over the CV speaks volumes we think. Her sales and negotiation skills were seriously outstanding. I've never experienced a sales agent who was so hardworking and dedicated. Thank you Sarah, you've helped us close one chapter and begin another with our lovely new home you helped us buy in Gulf Harbour, and we couldnt be happier. We will always be grateful for your kindness, guidance and unwavering support.
