Jodene and Samara are a great team and most importantly, effective!!

Jodene and Samara were very helpful right from the start, outlining how the market looked, giving me information I needed to make good initial decisions. They showed me similar properties that had just sold or were on the market. They have access to all sorts of reliable quality companies/tradespeople, that I used to get the house looking its best for the market (Staging, builders, roofers etc). Once it was on the market I was regularly in touch with them both and was kept up to date about people's responses to the house. The house did not sell at Auction but it attracted several buyers, which created a vibrant atmosphere for buyers to feel the need to proceed immediately with an offer. At one stage 2 offers were made from these prospective buyers (the first offer was made 33 days after going on the market) and the house was sold in record time. I can't fault the marketing strategies Jodene and Samara brought to the table to get the house sold.
