Excellent communication and great to work with on sale of my property

I have had a very positive experience in dealing with Sarah, and found her to be pro-active in endeavouring to sell my bach/land. There were a few hiccups along the way when the property that commenced the process as a bach, ended up being vacant land due to issues with the bach that necessitated its removal. She was always ready to take my calls, and kept me up to date with potential buyers along the way. The property has finally sold, and I would have no hesitation in recommencing Sarah to any vendor wishing to sell in the Snells Beach and environs. The price received was not as much as I had hoped, but this was not for want of trying by Sarah. The market for buyers wishing to build and Council re-evaluations of ratings CV made it a challenging sale.
