My husband and I worked with Michael as buyers when purchasing a property in Belmont. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew the house was the one. Michael was working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for his seller, which is exactly what you want in a selling agent - and for that reason, we would absolutely enlist him ourselves if we were ever selling. At the same time, he was very supportive of us as buyers, prompt in answering our questions where possible, and helpful in organising access to the property and coordinating meetings with builders and contractors.
