Went the extra mile throughout and very warm and responsive in her dealings with us

Claire was very thorough in her research and processes on both the property and the buyer side. While we did not achieve the price Mum was hoping for it was probably not possible in the particular circumstances, which became apparent while the house was on the market. Claire provided great support at every stage of the process, always keeping things moving and helping with anything we needed. She is a great relationship builder with both a steely resolve and beautiful presentation. While we did not see this, I imagine her follow up and buyer support was equally thorough, to ensure there was maximum competition in the final stages of the sale. She brought colleagues to a number of key meetings in the process, which was helpful. Claire was very cognisant of different family dynamics and Mum’s situation and move to a retirement village during the sale. At times we felt somewhat pressured to take a course of action or decision, particularly around timing, but as soon as we made our preferences clear for more time Claire adjusted and we moved forward. No detail goes unnoticed with Claire, which we valued, along with her care for our family home and our mother during this difficult time.
