Market knowledge, communication and professionalism were all first class

We were very pleased with Lewis and his colleague Chelsea Docking. Lewis spearheaded and executed a sound marketing plan which attracted a number of potential purchasers. He worked very hard on our behalf to obtain an offer. Lewis was very approachable throughout the campaign and kept us well informed. While the selling price was less that we expected, we want to acknowledge the effort put in by Lewis and Chelsea in getting an offer on the table The result was driven by a flat market and the location of our property. The paperwork requirements were handled very well and the whole exercise was much less stressful than we expected. We have no hesitation in recommending Lewis and Chelsea and would certainly use them again.
