Responsive, genuine and went the extra mile

Brianna was genuinely fantastic to work with — incredibly responsive, proactive and always willing to go the extra mile. When we had questions about things like the unusually high council rates, she investigated further, spoke to other owners and came back with practical, thoughtful advice. She also helped us avoid unnecessary costs where she could, recommended a builder for our inspection, and was refreshingly fair during negotiations — never pushy, and at times even advising us not to offer more than she felt was reasonable. We always felt respected and well looked after. This is not a box-ticking review for us — we would genuinely recommend Brianna to our friends and family.
