Top tier, you get more value than you can think of (it's insane)

I'd seen Jass's face around the Northshore and talked to Ray white agents, barfoot, etc - as anyone would selling their most expensive asset. I realised quickly behind the flashy branding of other agencies - it's about the actual personal and their capacity. Jass had buyers, in very specific pockets in the NorthShore and his direct approach on what the property needs to get the top dollar, didn't just help but what brought value to us as vendors. Daily comms, late night visits with offers and updates is what makes him stand out. I wish I could buy with him too, but had to leave the area for my fathers care.
