To explain about Jass, he is a very great agent to deal with. He has customer respect and broad knowledge of marketing in this field. He has prior arranged all the required documents before we asked for it and on time of need, all the docs were ready and he just sent instantly. I also really appreciate that he takes out time for his customers during his after hours and response to any calls or messages. He is very helpful person as well and has great communication skills. He has wealth of experience to explain and make his vendor and buyer both happy in their ways. Since we were the 1st home buyers he also helped us in getting contact of the builders to get report and solicitor as we didn't had anyone we were aware of. In addition, I got Firstly in contact with Jass through Facebook and TikTok in 2024 and when I met him, from then I kept his contact and always looking for opportunities to look for properties that Jass is involved with. He has high recognition and people look forward to deal with him. He takes out time and explains to his customers and getting things done within the timeframes with better options. He tries to help out if a person stucks up somewhere on any processes. He has helped us in getting this property prior been going out in the market and we were the 1st customers to get chance on this property. His response is very immediate with the vendor and the buyer to get things sorted out. In conclusion, I would say his a great man with Harcourts Real Estate and I will recommend my all other families to contact him for any property buying deals. I would like to really Thanks Jass for his time and effort for sorting out and looking for properties which we were interested and he immediately came back to us as soon as he got this from the vendors.

My wife and I sold our home of 25 years through Harcourts Cooper and Co. Our preferred agent was Jass Sidhu. He was the best person to get the job done, an amazing agent, helpful and knowledgeable. We found him to be proactive, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator, who took great care of us and ensured that we were well informed throughout the proceedings.
