What more can I say but what a team (appropriately named). Because we had owned our house for nearly 50 years I was out of touch with the process complicated by an issue with a building consent that had been approved 30 years ago but never signed off. Tracy took over and sorted it out with the council. In a difficult market they achieved a sale. Great communication. Highly recommended.
