First Home Buyers Expectations Exceeded

As first home buyers, we didn't know what to expect, however after working with Disha, I hope every first home buyer can have the same seamless and positive experience that we did. Disha was extremely knowledgeable with the area and what's occurring as well as current market knowledge to reassure us. Her communication was professional while informative and extremely prompt with replies. She was honest in advising us with negotiation prices which were beyond appreciated, because again, as first home buyers, we weren't entirely sure, and because of this, we were able to purchase the property at a lower price than we expected. She offered multiple times to be at the house when we had deliveries/installations for settlement day, as well as other things such as organizing the original builder to install an extra gate for us after a short conversation with her saying we will eventually need one put in, weeks later, there was a gate put in. In our eyes, Disha went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process, ensuring we were kept in the loop, no matter how big or small, super approachable with any questions we had, any clarity around real estate wording we weren't sure about, and she was so genuine and personable right from when we first met her, right the way through to after settlement day to ensure things were running smoothly for us. We can't thank her enough for being part of our first home purchasing experience, it was so smooth and seamless, and I would recommend her to anyone buying a first/new home.
