Top guy to work with

We had Gareth recommended to us to sell our non-CCC house that had experienced water-tight issues over the last 25 years. He was conservative and honest in his appraisal, being very careful to remain positive but also not hyping our expectations. Once on the market, the house sold quickly and to a purchaser that none of us had considered to be in the 'likely market' we had expected. While obviously disappointed that our house would never fetch the sort of $ that it would had it had a CCC, in our opinion Gareth secured the best we could hope for, realistically.
