Approachable, realistic, and a great communicator

We really appreciated Gareth’s no-nonsense, realistic approach to selling our property. Throughout our selling period he was always available for a quick chat or question. His approach was genuine and he knows the market inside out. In a market that was slower than we hoped, Gareth remained optimistic that he could achieve a great result for us - which he did!
