Great selling experience in a tough market

Gareth was great to deal with both leading up to putting our house on the market and during the campaign. A very slow auction campaign saw a slow uptake in visitation through open homes which was discouraging. We wanted to extend the campaign, however Gareth recommended that we stay the course despite our hesitation. We hit auction day, and with just one interested party, we managed to sell after a bit of negotiation. We were really happy with the result.
