Platinum Standard

We first mentioned to William that we were considering selling our rental property about 2 years ago. From that moment, William regularly sent us sales information from the area, so we knew what was happening with property prices and the condition of the properties that were bought to market. When we decided to sell, William spent time at the property, prepared a detailed job list of what was required to get the best sales price. He allowed us to use his network of tradespeople for the tricky jobs, knowing they would do a great job for us. He regularly checked on progress, as well as came and painted the fences and the garage floor. Once the property was ready to bring to the market, William used his network to bring prospective buyers to viewings. He also found an auctioneer with knowledge and experience in the area.
