Outstanding Service with Huge Integrity
We listed our house with Simone after marketing the property ourselves and losing a potential deal to Covid19. We were very wary of Real Estate agents and chose Simone for her history of sales in the area and because she seemed interested in what was important to us. And very importantly really believed she could sell our house. She was realistic about the length of time it could take to sell in this area and didnt give us any rubbish sales talk. She brought many people through our property to view and gave us feedback on everyone. She worked alongside us and when the final deal looked like it was over due to the purchasers and our price being a long way apart, Simone went back and made it happen. She then spent numerous hours helping to negotiate the finer points along side us. For these reasons we believe Simone is an outstanding Real Estate agent and she secured our trust and faith that she wanted what was best for us in this process and we are very grateful for all her help and hard work. As far as we are con cerned Simone is fabulous and we would sing her praises to anyone looking for an agent.
