James communicates very well, he responds to messages & emails promptly. He seems to have a very good knowledge of the local market and is proactive for prospective buyers in finding properties that aren't yet on the market. We found his negotiations skills to be very good and he keeps a cool head. When we needed tradesmen to fix some issues with the house, he suggested and introduced some tradesmen to us who he had worked with before and this saved us having to ring around.
