Trust in Troy

I found Troy to be well informed in his knowledge of the market in South Auckland, even though his home office is on the North Shore! He went beyond expectations and offered to paint the street side fence so that the photos looked better in the marketing. He did his research and approached neighbours to see if they were interested before we went to market so the whole process was as stress free as possible for the tenants. Troy has a vast network of contacts to approach and follow up and doesn't just rely on open homes. His communication with me was prompt and he kept me well informed with feedback after each open home! Even though he had nobody thru the open homes (it's a development site) I was surprised when he called me with a pre-auction offer after 2 weeks. He has excellent negotiation skills and worked hard to get an acceptable offer. It went to auction the next day and even though there were no other bidders I was more than happy with the result.
