Cynthia is a great communicator who proactively manages the process with both the buyer and vendor. She readily makes herself available for phone calls outside of usual business hours, and went above and beyond to close out a successful transaction for both buyer and vendor. I would happily use Cynthia to sell my house in future.

She never once approached the sale with a salesperson's mindset. Her focus was always on achieving the right outcome for everyone involved, and she demonstrated real flexibility and commitment to making the deal work. That is the opposite of what I have come to expect from real estate agents, and it was genuinely refreshing. She is honest, caring, and completely trustworthy. I now consider her a friend.
