Chris and Lucy hit the Jackpot for us. So grateful!

Chris and Lucy came as a team. They had excellent market knowledge and presented and executed a sound marketing campaign that got the eventual buyers in at the first open home. Open homes got a lot of people thru them, which was fantastic, and are a testament to the spot on marketing. I worked with Chris and Lucy for 11 weeks before auction day. Almost all of my interactions were with Chris. They had a good list of suppliers they work with who quoted and then delivered their work to make the house and property look amazing (Trees, gardening, house wash, water blasting, staging, etc). Come auction day there were 5 bidders. We watched the live stream and the sale price exceeded expectations and RV :). I highly rate Chris and Lucy. Nothing was a bother for them and I think they worked hard to retune the marketing as the 3 week auction campaign progressed. They earned their fee. Good people, straightforward communication, spot on marketing. 5 star!!
