If you’re looking in Long Bay, you seriously need to talk to Ming. Her knowledge of the area is second to none—she knows every detail about the local market. She understands the nuances of the neighbourhood through a commitment and engagement with the community, even to the extent of organizing opportunities for people to meet and by sponsoring local community events. What we loved most was her honesty and frankness. She didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear; we talked clearly and honestly about build quality and whether a place actually suited our lifestyle and interests. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who is that transparent. Her communication was crystal clear throughout the whole process, such that there was a real sense of direction and purpose to the our open yet friendly discussions.
