We Came for the House, Stayed for Ming!

We met Ming by chance at one of her open homes, and from that very first meeting, she was so warm, friendly and genuinely interested in what we were looking for. What we really appreciated was how much time she took to get to know us and understand what we actually wanted. In fact, she helped us figure that out along the way too! Ming knows Long Bay incredibly well — not just the houses and the market, but the neighbourhood and the people who live there as well. She seems to know everyone and everything happening in the area! We got to see first-hand how much effort she put into working with the vendors and getting everything sorted. She was always responsive, thoughtful and incredibly hardworking. We even joked that, if we couldn’t buy a house through Ming, we’d definitely want her to sell one for us one day. Watching her work, we thought, “This is exactly the kind of agent you want on your side when you’re selling!” What started out as simply meeting an agent at an open home has turned into a genuine friendship. We feel very lucky to have met Ming, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Long Bay.
