Outstanding

Selling our deceased Mother's home of 44 years was always going to be tough. To make matters more difficult, her 3 children were scattered all over New Zealand. Once we met Cynthia we knew she was just right for us. It was that invisible X factor that some people have that give you confidence. She truly was a godsend. Cynthia always displayed total empathy and respect for our Mum's property and us. Her wise advice based on her vast experience was invaluable. She just thought of everything really. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the gift of organization. We did need all the help we could get. There was nothing that she would not do herself or arrange to have done - even the most mundane things that really helped us. We valued her honesty with us - telling us things we needed to hear (not necessarily wanting to hear). She also displayed the highest standard of business ethics. Working with Cynthia during what is known to be a very stressful time, did take a huge amount of the stress away. Could not ask for better really.
