What should have been a simple and straightforward sale turned out to be everything but! First, we had to deal with questionable conduct by the local agent, but fortunately, we had listed with Julie and she had our back! Just one call to Julie got the action we needed immediately. She was onto it and kept in close contact with us throughout the rest of the sales process. Then, we had an unexpected problem with the Title documentation, but Julie was there for us through that as well. And let's not mention 'the virus' and all of that.
