Couldn't fault the service

We had a great experience working with Harcourts to rent our apartment in Parnell. We were new to the whole process so we appreciated the care, patience and professionalism provided. They understood the market and provided honest advice - never overpromising but always overdelivering. Our agent was with us every step of the way and we know that our new tenants also had the same quality experience. Exceptional service by Debbie

We tried to get in touch with the previous agent assigned to this property several times and when she called us as per our request she wasn't as helpful as we expected. Upon our inquiry on whether the apartment was furnished she said it wasn't and that she thought it did not suit our needs. We were very keen on seeing the apartment as we fell in love with the area so we tried again to get in touch with the agents, which is how we got connected to Debbie. She was extremely helpful and was promptly able to arrange a viewing for us. Her manner made us feel at ease and she answered all our questions without hesitation. She was knowledgeable , professional and made the process beyond easy for us.
