Great communication across the sale process

Dianne (and her colleague Bella Joseph) kept up a high standard of communication throughout the ten months we had our late mother's unit on the market. From the outset, Dianne made helpful suggestions on how we should present, market and price the unit including organising staging. As the months rolled on, Dianne reassured us about how the state of the market and the specific restrictions of the village (unit could only be sold to someone over 65 years old with no dogs) would mean that it could take time to sell. This was the second unit Dianne had sold in the village so we were confident about her market knowledge. Dianne kept us informed how it compared to other one bedroom units on the North Shore and was always open about what potential purchasers were saying about the property. We were impressed that Dianne and Bella kept up the open homes right throughout the whole ten months and never waivered in their attention and compassion to get us the best outcome.
